Video conference guideline - how to join the meeting electronically
Send an email to: foodfromtheocean@nfd.dep.no to confirm that you wish to participate at the meeting electronically.
NB! Norway is 1 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time ( GMT+1 )
System: VidyoConnect: We urge you to download the app in due time before the meeting. Click on the link below. If you have any problems with your connection, please call our switchboard: +4755238500 and ask for Sindre Eide. He’ll be available for technical support throughout the whole Meeting.

- Choose “join via the browser”
- Enter your name – we kindly ask you to enter both name and affiliation to facilitate interaction
- Then press “join”
Test: We recommend that you test the access to the conference room between 08.30 am and 08.50 am, Wednesday morning, 6 March. If you face any problems, please contact Marian Kjellevold, +47 40854582 (SMS, WhatsApp).
