Summary Meeting 18. October 2018
This meeting is a follow up to the 1st meeting, ”From Healthy Waters to Healthy People”, which took place in Rome 5. July 2018. At the next meeting,18. October, representatives to the network from ministries or other governmental institutions are invited. Based on the inputs from the meeting in July and the Concept Document with relevant documents, the member countries will agree on important themes of actions. We will also decide on working methods, useful tools and next steps for the Action Network. The network member countries will also agree on how to engage with other stakeholders. We would be delighted to have you as a participant at the meeting and member of this informal Global Action Network. To confirm your attendance at the meeting 18. October, kindly register no later than 1. October 2018 by sending your name, country and affiliation to: Foodfromtheocean@nfd.dep.no.
NB, access to FAO Headquarters is restricted to persons in possession of a valid building pass. This network meeting is organized in conjunction with the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) meeting. We therefore expect that participants in this Global Action Network meeting can obtain access building pass through their respective delegations.
