When visitors post comments on a webpage, we store the data provided in the comment form, in addition to the visitor’s IP address and web browser version.
This is done to help avoid irresponsible comments.
An anonymous text string generated on the basis of your e-mail address (also called a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you have an account there. Gravatar’s privacy policy.
After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible along with your comment.
