Han var ekspedisjonssjef i Kommunalavdelingen i Kommunaldepartementet 2000\u20132005 og departementsr\u00e5d i samme departement 2005\u20132022. Hun er utdannet hjelpepleier, med tilleggsutdanning i helseadministrasjon fra Handelsh\u00f8yskolen BI. Hun har v\u00e6rt tillitsvalgt siden 1983, og p\u00e5 heltid fra 1988. Hun har hatt en rekke verv i fagbevegelsen, og har sittet i Fagforbundets ledelse siden 2005. R\u00f8svoll er opprinnelig fra Mo i Rana og har jobbet 18 \u00e5r som l\u00e6rer i B\u00e6rum, Oslo og Trondheim. Han har v\u00e6rt tillitsvalgt i en \u00e5rrekke. Han har tidligere v\u00e6rt varaordf\u00f8rer i Skedsmo kommune og seniorr\u00e5dgiver for KrF&#8217;s stortingsgruppe. Han har v\u00e6rt statssekret\u00e6r b\u00e5de i Finansdepartementet og Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet. <br>Eide har v\u00e6rt representant i Bergen bystyre og i Skedsmo kommunestyre fra 1995. Han har ogs\u00e5 hatt ledende stillinger i Norges Bank. Prestbakmo har v\u00e6rt i ordf\u00f8rer i Salangen kommune i 14 \u00e5r, fylkesr\u00e5d for samferdsel og milj\u00f8 i Troms fylkeskommune i 6 \u00e5r, samt fylkesordf\u00f8rer i Troms og Finnmark i 2 \u00e5r. Videre har han v\u00e6rt m\u00f8tende stortingsrepresentant og statssekret\u00e6r i Kunnskapsdepartementet, og sist statssekret\u00e6r i Kommunal- og distriktsdepartementet. Prestbakmo har ogs\u00e5 hatt \u00f8vrige tillitsverv som blant annet nestleder i fylkesstyret for KS i Troms og medlem av hovedstyret i KS. M\u00e6land var byr\u00e5dsleder i Bergen fra 2003 til 2013. Fra 2013 til 2021 var hun n\u00e6ringsminister, kommunal- og moderniseringsminister og justis- og beredskapsminister i Erna Solbergs to regjeringsperioder. I 2018 skiftet han beite og gikk over i kommunal forvaltning som r\u00e5dmann i Berlev\u00e5g. Hennes prim\u00e6re forskningsinteresse knytter seg til lokal forvaltning og politikk, og hun har publisert innenfor tema som lokaldemokrati, politisk organisering, samarbeid og statlig styring. Vabo har tidligere bidratt i ulike utvalg som har behandlet tematikk knyttet til statlig tilsyn, kommunal revisjon og \u00f8remerkede tilskudd til kommunene. Hans forskningsfelt er offentlig \u00f8konomi med s\u00e6rlig vekt p\u00e5 kommunal\u00f8konomi. Borge har bred erfaring fra utvalgsarbeid, b\u00e5de som utvalgsmedlem og leder.
